Goal and Scope
The goal will be to re-package and re-launch Yoichi’s previous content from 2018 regarding the suppressed history of the Fukushima Nuclear Disaster. This includes revealing the secret Japanese nuclear weapons program, which has been ongoing since before WWII.
The partially-complete Web page Tracking Fukushima’s Nuclear Weapons Sites is complete enough to illustrate what the intended finished product would be, except moved to its own domain, such as: shimatsu.info (see left) available now for less than $5.00/year.
Excellent shared hosting for WordPress is available for less than $7.00 per month. These would be the only out-of-pocket expenses for Yoichi. I, Walter Wilkinson, would be performing all the remaining Web Development gratis. Yoichi would retain Ownership in total.
The main need for Yoichi’s participation would be updating the text of the nuclear sites appearing on the above-mentioned page, perhaps with additions. He could edit directly on the WordPress site if preferred, or via updating a spreadsheet, or any other means which was preferred by him.
And while it is true that the result will be immeasurably better with Yoichi’s participation, it can still go forward if he isn’t interested. Then the web page would have to be finished where it currently resides, though without ever making copies of any of Yoichi’s original content.
An important idea is having a Japanese-language version of the site in parallel to the English-language site.
