Futawba lines external power

Power transmission towers play a crucial role in supporting the overhead power lines that transport electricity from power generation stations to substations at high voltages, according to YouTube.
Note: The 2011 earthquake and tsunami caused significant damage to these transmission towers and other equipment at nearby substations, leading to a loss of external power supply to the Fukushima Daiichi plant.

These lines connected the plant to the Shin-Fukushima (New Fukushima) substation. Additionally, the Shin-Fukushima substation connected to the Fukushima Daini plant via the Tomioka Line. To the north, the Fukushima Daiichi plant had a major connection through the Iwaki Line, owned by Tohoku Electric Power. There were also two connections to the south-west that linked it to the Shin-Iwaki substation.
